Hola de nuevo, vuelvo de pasar unos días brillantes. Brillantes. Como no he podido escribir en mi blog, pues he decidido hacer hoy 4 posts para compensar la ausencia de los días anteriores. Mi blog se ha convertido en algo especial para mi, y creo que para algunos de vosotros también. Cada día es seguido por más personas en diferentes países del mundo, aun me cuesta creer los datos estadísticos, ya que yo pensaba que no lo leía casi nadie excepto mis mejores amigos. Pues eso, que lo auténtico es ser coherente con uno mismo. Tengo muchas cosas que iros contando, pero tengo por delante un brillante verano y sin prisa.

Hello again, I am back after some brilliant days. Brilliant. As I have not been able to follow my blog, today I decided to write 4 post to fill up the gaps of the previous days. My blog has become something special for me, and I think for some of you too. Each day it is followed by more people in the world, I still can not believe the stadistic data of the computer, as I thought only some of my good friends were following it in Spain. So there you go, be authentic, which means coherent with yourself. I have so many cool things to share, but I do have a whole summer ahead with no hurry.

Me voy unos días de viaje con mi familia. No estoy segura si podré seguir con el blog esos días, pero regreso en breve!

Solsticio de Verano

Hoy es el día más largo del año, la noche más corta, el solsticio de verano, comienza el verano de forma oficial y habrá luz hasta más de las 11 de la noche. Es como si la luz no quisiese irse y se quedase haciéndonos compañia un ratito más. Hace 8 semanas mi vida cambió de rumbo y hoy quiero dar gracias a todas esas personas que han estado ahi, cada día, ayudándome a seguir confiando en mi. No tengo palabras para ellas y ellos, a veces las palabras no se necesitan. Os regalo este collar de flores silvestres que he preparado en mi estudio, tras volver de un paseo por el campo. Caramba cuanto se aprende cada día.

Today is the longer day of the year, the shortest night, the official start of the summer, the summer solstice, and there will be light until nearly midnight. It is just as if the light did not want to leave today and wanted to stay a bit longer. 8 weeks ago my life started to change direction and today I want to thank all the people that each day have been there and still continue, helping me to keep on going. I do not have words for them, women and men, sometimes words are not needed. For all of you I give you as a present the wild flowers necklace I composed in my studio some days ago after returning from a walk. Gosh how much one can learn each day.

Mi Santuario

Llevo 4 semanas con un curso intensivo de natación, perfeccionamiento, y mis clases de pilates cada vez son más profundas y mejores. Hace unos días lei una frase que decía "mi cuerpo es mi santuario". Me encantó pensar en que es verdad, que es nuestro cuerpo el santuario más importante de todos, y debemos cuidarlo y mimarlo, y también, adornarlo... En las clases de natación me siento como una verdadera sirena, llena de energía y disfrutando del agua como nunca.

It is now 4 weeks that I started an intensive swimming class, to improve my swimming skills. Also my pilates is getting better each day and deeper. A few days ago I read the following: "my body is my sanctuary". I love to think that this is so true, that is our body that is the most important sanctuary of all, and we must take care of it, pamper it, and adorn it... In the swimming lessons I feel like a real mermaid, full of energy and enjoying the water as ever.
